Only items which are currently in stock are available to purchase. Items which are out of stock are clearly labelled.
Be comfortable in the knowledge that are Pay Pal payment system is 100% secure.
We aim to deliver within the UK within 1-3 days by first class Royal Mail registered post. Postage will be free of charge to all of our customers, National and International.
Returns
We hope you will be very happy with your purchase, if however you find the goods unsuitable you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund.
You will be responsible for the cost of the postage of returned items.
For reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept back for exchange. All items returned must be unworn and in perfect condition.
To return items as detailed above; simply e-mail us with your reason for return and we will issue you with a returns number and relevant information.
Where items are proven to be faulted, follow the same returns procedure and we will offer a full refund and will also refund the cost of your return postage.
It is recommended that you obtain proof of postage when returning items to us as you will be responsible for goods lost in transit. All items returned o us must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
Please wrap carefully to protect items from damage.
Xmas Gifts
Items purchased as Xmas gifts from 30th November and deemed to be unsuitable will have an extended period of return, up to 5th January.

Our guarantee
All Items of jewellery are manufactured to the highest standards. They have been chosen for their unique compositions made from the highest quality of materials.
We have taken great care to accurately describe and exhibit images of all the pieces in our collection.
We give you a price guarantee that products are shown at or lower than retail recommended prices. If it can be proven that we failed in this area a refund will be offered for any difference in value. This does not include items deemed to be ‘on sale’ at reduced prices.
Exchange rate
We warmly welcome customers from overseas.
All our prices are quoted in GBP.
Currency will be converted on the exchange rate of your countries currency on the day of purchase by your bank or Credit Card Company.

If you would like to make a purchase as a gift we can:
Remove the receipt from the gift and send it directly to you
Write a message within a greeting card or a gift card
Please e-mail us with your instructions, including a full name and postal address of the recipient.

We would be happy to supply corporative gifts with a least 30 days notice, as all of our merchandise is made to order.
We can offer substantial discounts for orders over £500.
